Annual General Meeting 2011
This year's AGM will take place on Monday 14th November in the Church Hall, 7pm for a 7.30pm start, with tea and coffee from 7pm. Amongst the formal items of business to be transacted are elections to Vestry and the roles of Lay Representative and Alternative Lay Representative. We are seeking nominations for all of these: two places on Vestry as well as Lay and Alternative Lay Representatives. For business planning purposes, it would be helpful to have any nominations by Friday 4th November at the latest.
Papers for the meeting will be available from this page as they become available and will comprise:
- the Agenda;
- the draft Minute of last year’s meeting;
- the St John’s Accounts:
- the Annual Report;
- the Church Plan;
- constitutional changes recommended by Vestry;
- CO2 budget and report.
Hard copies will also be available at Church on the two Sundays preceding the AGM, directly from the Church Office and on the night of the AGM.
